"If You Give a Pig a Party"
If you give a pig a party, she's going to want some balloons...and ice cream...and a pillow fight...and then she'll want to clean up...and what better setting for another party than a nice clean room? You get the picture. In Laura Numeroff's delightful circular stories one thing leads to another until somehow you wind up back at the beginning. But what this piggy learns amidst all the flurry and excitement of putting together a party is this...you can't have a party without friends..and having friends is the perfect reason to have a party!

"The Amazing Adventure of Anna Marie"
The class erupts in laughter and twelve-year old Anna Marie is mocked by her fellow students when she answers that Benjamin Franklin tied bifocals to his kite in order to discover the connection between lightening and electricity. Feeling confused and flustered, she resolves never to return to school. But everything changes when she falls asleep and her dream leads her on an adventure that includes a storm at sea, dancing crickets, a Mad Hatter's riddle-filled Tea Party, a luck dragon, a magical doorway and a final revelatory encounter with Benjamin Franklin himself.
The Amazing Adventure of Anna Marie is an original story dramatizing the power of courage, determination and imagination.

Magic Trunk Theater Company
"Three Little Piggs, Southwestern Style"
Follow the story of the "Three Little Piggs" as it introduces a new twist, interspersing Spanish language and music into the classic tale. Magic Trunk Theater Company brings the story of the three little desert pigs to life as they set off to find their way, build their houses with unusual materials and try to outrun the devious Senor Lobo. With a little help from musical interludes, children huff and puff and sing-along as the saga unfolds. This storytelling extravaganza is a great way to introduce younger children to live theater.
