The Union County Community Arts Council invites artists aged 18 and up to submit work for consideration to the New World, New Voices Juried Art Competition at the Dowd Center Theatre in Monroe, NC. Submitted
artwork must be original work of a singular artist and executed within the last three (3) years. A variety of artistic voices and diverse perspectives are welcomed and encouraged.

Merit Awards $100 (Up to 5, awarded at Juror’s discretion)

Entry Fee
A non-refundable fee of $35 per artist for up to two (2) entries is due upon entry submission. Submit fee securely online (preferred) via our Network for Good site (https://unionarts.networkforgood.com/events/60720-new-world-new-voices-juried-art-exhibition) or by mailing a check to UCCAC, PO Box 576, Monroe, NC 28111.

Submissions
Enter using this Google Forms link. Each entry is allowed three separate images showing detail or different angles of the work. No copies, reproductions, or kit works will be accepted. Images of accepted works will be retained by the UCCAC. Digital images should not exceed 10MB. Physical art is limited to 36” in any dimension, including the frame. Weight should be no more than 50 lbs. All artworks must be completely dry, securely framed or gallery wrapped, securely wired, and ready to hang (no clips, saw hangers, staples, string, or tape). Artwork must be the work of a singular artist and executed within the last three years. Entries into this exhibit establishes an agreement on the part of the artist to all conditions listed in the prospectus.
